We utilize high-quality acrylic and LED flex in the manufacturing of neon signs. The LED flex consists of SMD encased in PVC or silicone tubing and is powered by Ul/CE certified adapters.

Returns FAQs
Our return process is straightforward. Simply take photos and videos of the faulty product and share all the details with us via email. Once we receive the information, we process it promptly.
Upon approval of the return, you need to send back the defective product in its original packaging. Ensure the return is made within 14 days of delivery. Following that, you can anticipate a full or partial refund, as determined by our team, or opt for a replacement at the earliest.
Therefore, returns may result in either a replacement or refund, based on the decision made by our team.

Small changes: You can modify the shipping address as long as the LED neon signs have not been shipped. It's important to track your order before making any changes to the shipping address, as alterations could impact the speed and safety of the delivery. Additionally, depending on the new shipping address, there might be additional shipping fees.
